Orange Glorious Smoothie for a Breakfast at la Casa

We say it again and again, but smoothies are so fast and easy to make, and can be an excellent source of nutrition!
Oranges are a particularly excellent source of vitamin C and a good source of dietary fiber. An easy way to keep your kids healthy during your family vacation.
Take a look at our recipe below – we dare you to try and make it in under 5 minutes!

Orange smoothie

*Ingredients *

1 cup milk

1 cup ice water

16oz can orange juice concentrate

12 ice cubes

¼ tsp vanilla

1/8 cup white sugar

Step1

Put the ingredients in the blender.

Step 2

Add any powdered supplements or boosters you’d like (Wheatgrass, chia, flax, and vanilla protein powder are among a few of our favourites!).

Step 3

Blend the mixture until it is smooth.

Begin with healthy ingredients and any smoothie you make will be a healthy smoothie.
You can store this smoothie in your fridge for up to 3 days to maintain good quality.
