La Casa is located 30 KM away from any major center. Make sure you have gassed-up your vehicle as there is no gas station nearby! The resort does have a store, but the selection is limited compared to a grocery store or market. Be sure to stock up on groceries and snacks before you arrive.
We have created a list of items that you can bring from home. If coming from Alberta you might want to pick up your fresh vegetables and dairy from Vernon B.C. but if you are coming from the lower mainland you might want to stop in Westbank B.C.. Fresh items such as dairy, baked goods, meat and produce are available in the surrounding towns. Great local wines and beers are also worth stocking up on!
It is highly recommended that you plan your meals in advance so that you don’t have to spend precious time of your vacation going grocery shopping.
