
This coffee is the perfect after dinner treat to sip while curled up on the sofa by the fireplace, watching the sun setting over the horizon.
Ingredients:
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger Bailey’s (Irish Cream liqueur)
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger Sambuca (Anise Liqueur)
1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
1 tbsp whipped cream
1 dash ground cinnamon
Directions:
In a coffee mug, combine Irish Cream and Sambuca. Fill mug with coffee. Top with a dab of whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon.
